PLACING RESERVATIONS


How much is the deposit and do I have to put down a deposit to book? The deposit is $150 per person. You can only reserve your stateroom with a deposit for each passenger. If I start booking and do not finish, can I go back and resume? Yes, you have 30 minutes to book your stateroom before it returns back to inventory. Can I use two different credit cards? Yes Can I add people to my room later? If we have availability, then yes! You will need to call our offices, 1-800-889-5265 at that time and we will be happy to assist. You may need to be moved to a higher occupancy stateroom, which involves fees at time of move. ​​ Can I change my stateroom? Please call us, 1-800-889-5265 and we will assist you, no charge if within the same category.

All meals in formal dining rooms and buffets Non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee) All concerts, speaker sessions, etc. hosted by Premier Use of the ship’s beautiful pools Use of the ship’s health and fitness center Taxes, fees, and gratuities are pre-paid and added to your reservation total ($389.45 per person)




TRAVEL DOCUMENTS


Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued.U.S. citizens are encouraged to show a U.S. passport. If they do not have a passport, they should be prepared to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License) and proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a government-issued (not hospital issued) U.S. birth certificate. It is important that guest names on travel documents be identical to those on the cruise booking. Otherwise, proof of name change (i.e. a marriage license) OR a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID must be presented. For further information on documentation for U.S. citizens see U.S. Customs and Border protection.




CRUISE AGE POLICY


Carnival Cruise's minimum age to sail unaccompanied on sailings originating in North America is twenty-one (21). No Guest younger than the age twenty-one (21) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult twenty-one (21) years old or older. A guest’s age is established upon the first date of sailing. This age limit will be waived for children sailing with their parents or guardians in connecting staterooms; for underage married couples, and for active duty members of the United States or Canadian military. Certain other restrictions and conditions will apply; such as compliance with the age twenty-one (21) alcohol policy, and proof of marriage for underage couples or proof of active duty military status required.

NORTHERN LIGHTS

While the name of our songwriters cruise is called "the Northern Lights Cruise” - we make the disclaimer right here that in no way do we claim you will see any northern lights on this voyage. Trust us, there is so much that will make this a special cruise you will not miss the Northern Lights. That said, if the main thing you are looking for are the Northern Lights, then this cruise is probably not for you.
